Job description

  • Full-time permanent Interventional Pain Management opportunity
  • Previous surgical specialty experience preferred
  • Join one Interventional Pain Physician and APP's in an independent practice
  • Evaluate patients with acute and chronic pain and develop treatment plans.
  • Review imaging and tests to identify candidates for advanced procedures or surgical consults.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and expectations.
  • Manage preand post procedure care and coordinate multidisciplinary services.
  • Use prior surgical/interventional experience to recognize when to escalate care appropriately.
  • Perform Ultrasound, guided injections, etc.
  • Training can be provided as needed; must be willing to learn
  • EMR: eClinicalWorks
  • Base salary range $125,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
  • Significant additional compensation based on quality and productive measures
  • Health, vision, dental, matching 401k, 3 weeks PTO, andone paidCME conference per year
  • 8-5pm office hours
  • Option to trade off 1/2 day Saturday for 1/2 day during week if desired
  • Ample demand; patients are waiting
  • Ideal candidate could see 20 to 24 patients per day
  • 3 excellent locations in and around St Louis
