Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We have a great position in Avon Park for a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care for the senior population. The ideal candidate should have experience working with managed care, HEDIS, and MRA.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient care only and may be responsible for diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.

Summary of Nurse Practitioner Job:

• Outpatient Only

• 8 am - 4:30 pm
  
• 12 patients per day
