Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; late room coverage 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (10 hour day on Wednesday)
Call: Every third night call; OB required for call coverage; late room coverage has no call; call response time 20 minutes
Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability
EMR: Cerner
Position Overview
CRNA coverage for a mix of cases including endoscopy, OB, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, GYN, and orthopedics
Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana license
Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required
Incentives and Selling Points
Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted
