Job description

LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a high-performing legal team in Tampa. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Finance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
  • Draft, review, and organize real estate documents, contracts, and closing materials
  • Maintain and update case files and transaction records
  • Coordinate closings, title work, and lien searches
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions
  • Conduct research related to real estate law and financing matters
  • Support attorneys with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate
  • Familiarity with real estate finance and lending is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively onsite in Tampa
