Job Title: Director of HR

Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000 annually
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Director of HR to lead a high-performing Human Resources team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on leadership while partnering closely with executive leadership to support continued organizational growth.
Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of Human Resources professionals while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, workplace concerns, and employment matters.
- Oversee the execution of Human Resources programs, policies, and organizational initiatives.
- Support managers with employee development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HR-related projects associated with organizational growth, operational improvements, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while promoting HR best practices.
- Review and improve HR processes, systems, and reporting to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders across the organization while serving as a strategic business partner.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Experience leading HR Business Partners, Generalists, or other HR professionals.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational development.
- Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations preferred.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated success leading through organizational growth, change, or business transformation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
