Fairfield County Construction Management Firm seeking hybrid Construction Supervisor/Construction Manager.
Responsibilities:
Site Safety and cleanliness.
Up to date knowledge of project scope, including plans, specifications, and related email.
Drive construction schedule to meet project milestones.
Write and issue daily reports.
Prepare the meeting agenda and take meeting minutes for distribution.
Take daily photos to document work and site conditions and post to company network.
Set and hold weekly meetings with contractors on site to review schedule, forecast upcoming work, and ensure availability of materials.
Review work in place and work to be done and notify Architect and/or GC of any issues.
Check all deliveries on site for accuracy and/or damage, and store in approved locations.
Review all shop drawings and confirm overall field dimensions.
Assist on walkthroughs w/contractors for pricing.
Work with municipalities to close out permits and get a C of O.
Help create and manage punch list and oversee its completion.
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in high end custom single family residential.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Forward-facing with discerning clients.
Must live within 45 minutes of the Greenwich area.
References a must and will be checked.
