Job description

  • Shifts are typically 24-hour shifts, including call coverage
  • Daily structure: 24-hour coverage period with 8-12 hour day shift plus first-level call and ongoing patient coverage
  • Monthly coverage needs: 20-25 days (24-hour shifts)
  • Daily patient volume: 6-18 patients
  • EMR: Medhost
  • Work with support staff including: CVOR techs, nurses, APPs, cath lab techs, vascular surgeons, anesthesia staff, nurse navigators, valve coordinators, and clinic staff
  • Requirements: OR experience, Oregon license, Board Certified, NCCPA Board Accredited Physician Assistant Program
