What You ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal patient care in a Level III NICU environment
  • Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants and those requiring ECMO and ventilatory support
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists to develop care plans
  • Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and whole-body cooling
  • Participate in neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and transport activities
  • Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care team focused on outcomes and family support
What You Need
  • Valid NP license in Nevada or willingness to obtain one
  • Neonatal NP certification (preferred)
  • Prior NICU or neonatal intensive care experience (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality neonatal care
