Job description

Coverage Needed

  • Start Date: October 1, 2026
  • End Date: October 30, 2026
  • Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts, preferred Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
    • No weekends or call coverage

Clinical Details

  • Patient Census per provider: 8-12 patients
  • Patient Demographics: Adults
  • Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, nursing, IVT, pharmacy
  • EMR: EPIC

Requirements

  • Board Certified Acute Care FNP or PA
  • Acute Care Certification so provider can cover IV therapy fully
  • Active ME License
  • Experience with EMR & EPIC
  • Hematology/Oncology experience
  • NPDB report (pulled within the last month or 90 days)
