Patient Population: Critically ill and premature newborns
Setting: Level III NICU
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU
- Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based neonatal care
- Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making
- Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and intensive care management
- Work closely with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, pediatricians, research nurses, and NNPs
- Contribute to a growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
- Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation

- Minimum Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN or higher) Required

- Clean Malpractice and License History Highly Preferred
- Neonatology Experience Required
- Visa Support Requirement (J1/H1B) must be specified Required
