What You ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive trauma and surgical care during overnight shifts
  • Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgeries, and inpatient cases
  • Perform evaluations, develop care plans, interpret diagnostic tests
  • Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain documentation in Epic EMR
  • Support quality and safety metrics, contribute to performance improvements
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities
What You Need
Required:
  • Colorado Medical License and Physician Assistant Certification
  • At least 2 years of trauma surgery experience or completion of a surgical fellowship
  • Ability to work autonomously, handle complex tasks, and collaborate effectively

Preferred:
  • Experience in high-acuity surgical environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
