Locum tenens opportunity
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Urgent coverage need
Assignment begins as soon as credentialed and is ongoing
Client prefers one full-time provider but will consider two part-time providers to meet coverage needs
Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM
No call
Adult patients only
Preferred experience in any of the following fields:
Hematology/Oncology
Oncology
Internal Medicine
Hospital Medicine
Responsibilities include:
Comprehensive patient assessments
Diagnosis and management of hematology and oncology patients
New and follow-up patient evaluations
Development and implementation of treatment plans
Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic studies
Monitoring patients receiving chemotherapy and other therapies
Patient and family education
