Bergen County, New Jersey - Internal Medicine Physician Assistant JobClinical Role:

Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Physician Assistant
Must have at least one year of post-training primary care or urgent care experience
Outpatient-only practice
See approximately 20-30 patients per day (combination of in-person and telemedicine visits)
Schedule:
Work alongside an experienced Internal Medicine physician
Dedicated Medical Assistant and strong clinical support staff
Responsibilities include:
Patient evaluations and follow-up care
Diagnosis and treatment planning
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies
Prescribing medications
Building long-term patient relationships
Must be comfortable practicing independently
Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $140,000
Uncapped quarterly productivity bonus based on collections
Health insurance and 401(k) eligibility after six months
Paid time off
Daily 30 minute lunch break
