Physician Assistant (PA)

Overview:
Our family practice in Brownwood, Texas is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our supportive clinical team. Our opportunity welcomes both new graduates and experienced providers, providing strong onboarding and the opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care in a collaborative environment with long-term stability.
Position Offers:
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule
- Competitive salary of $120,000 $150,000 DOE with bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Perform routine follow-up and preventive care visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients on health management initiatives
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered primary care
