Physician Assistant Orthopedics & Interventional Pain Management Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing outpatient practice specializing in Orthopedics and Interventional Pain Management. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced physicians, providing comprehensive care to patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, slip-and-fall incidents, and other orthopedic conditions.
This is a procedural-based practice focused on restoring function and relieving pain without the management of chronic opioid-dependent pain patients.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions under physician supervision.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
Interpret diagnostic imaging and develop individualized treatment plans.
Assist with interventional pain management procedures as appropriate.
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and recovery expectations.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection control standards, safety regulations, and clinical best practices.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Participate in continuing education to maintain clinical competency and stay current with evolving treatment techniques.
Qualifications
Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification
Active Georgia Physician Assistant license (required)
Georgia DEA license (preferred)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of Physician Assistant experience (required)
Experience in Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Interventional Spine, or Pain Management preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM
One-hour lunch break daily
No weekends, no on-call responsibilities, and no hospital rounding
Practice Locations
Multiple outpatient clinic locations throughout the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area.
