Rate: $2,740 per 40 hours

Required Experience and Setting:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience (primary)
  • Acute care experience preferred (secondary)

Required Qualifications:

  • BLS (AHA)
  • Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (facility will not consider local candidates)

Additional Notes:

  • Primarily outpatient caseload with some acute care duties possible
  • Start date and schedule are firm; no weekend or on-call expectations
