What we're looking for:
- Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) state license
- Current BLS certification
What you'll be doing:
- Provide direct nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians, delivering safe, compassionate care every day
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Manage wound care-assess, clean, dress, and watch for signs of infection or other complications
- Monitor and document vital signs consistently and accurately
- Keep clear, detailed patient records and communicate condition and self-care instructions to patients and families
- Act quickly and professionally during medical emergencies and follow established infection control practices
