Required Credentials
- Active, valid Physical Therapy license for the state of practice.
- CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and administer therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
- Deliver manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
- Apply therapeutic modalities and recommend/use appropriate assistive devices.
- Educate patients and families on treatment, home programs, safety, and functional goals.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient progress, and discharge summaries.
