Duration: Sept Ongoing, minimum 3 months w/ option to extend
Reason for coverage: Growth
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8a-5p, will consider 4 days a week, 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule
Call: N/A
Patient volume: 16+ patients per day
Scope: Outpatient Primary Care, all ages of patients, heavy Geriatric population, concentration on chronic disease management, High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
Group/support: RN Team leader and designated MA
Requirements (boards, license): BC or Truly Board Eligible with New Hampshire or IMLC License.
