Responsibilities: - Instruct ballet classes for various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote technique and artistry.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills.
- Organize and prepare students for performances and recitals.
- Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create a well-rounded dance program.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents as needed.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a ballet teacher or dancer.
- Strong knowledge of ballet techniques and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
