Medix is seeking a skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive, high-acuity medical care directly within patients' homes. Operating within localized territories to minimize travel time, you will provide critical intercept care, managing both acute issues and chronic disease stabilization.Essential Responsibilities:
Performing detailed health assessments, examinations, and evaluations at the bedside.
Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Performing procedures within scope of practice including EKGs, catheterizations, wound care, suturing, splinting, and IV therapy/medication administration.
Ordering, interpreting, and communicating diagnostic results and coordinating follow-up care.
