Kibali Medical Spa & Wellness Center is growing, and we are seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our luxury medical spa team.
Located in the heart of Boca Raton, directly across from Boca Raton Regional Hospital inside the Belle Terre Medical Plaza, Kibali offers a refined, patient-centered environment focused on advanced aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.

Position Overview
As a Medical Aesthetician at Kibali, you will play an important role in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, educating patients on customized skincare plans, recommending services and products, and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a luxury medical spa setting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in recommending treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
- Prior medical spa experience preferred
- Familiarity with Mindbody software is a plus
