Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead restaurant staff to maintain high performance and morale
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering to prevent shortages or waste
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage
