- Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in upscale or craft cocktail-focused establishments
- Creativity and willingness to contribute to cocktail development
- Experience with Toast POS
