The Golden Room Salon is seeking a talented Cosmetologistto join our team! We are a family-owned salon known for our warm, professional atmosphere and exceptional service.
We're looking for a stylist who is motivated, reliable, and confident behind the chair. If you already have an established or partial clientele and are ready to elevate your career in a collaborative, growth-focused salon - we'd love to meet you.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of professional salon experience required
Proficient in cuts, color, and styling
Existing client base strongly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction
Must be self-motivated and dependable
Ability to thrive in a team environment
What We Offer:
50/50 Commission split OR Hourly Rate, whichever is higher. Stylists retain 100% of their tips.
