What We're Looking For
- Valid Barber or Cosmetology License (required)
- Advanced skills in men's haircutting, including:
- Skin fades, taper fades, and seamless blending
- Scissor work and precision cutting techniques
- Ability to tailor cuts to individual client style and face shape
- Strong sense of style, detail, and presentation
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
- Dependable, motivated
