  • Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a diverse patient population undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and administer anesthetics as needed.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological functions throughout surgery, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Manage post-operative pain management and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in anesthesia practices and participate in ongoing professional development activities.Qualifications:
    • Active and unrestricted Michigan (MI) license or eligibility for licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is required.
    • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is mandatory.
    • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred.
    • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting is preferred.
    • Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and a comprehensive knowledge base in anesthesia.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a high-pressure environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.Schedule:
