- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a diverse patient population undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and administer anesthetics (spinal blocks) under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological functions throughout surgery, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
- Manage post-operative pain management and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in anesthesia practices and participate in ongoing professional development activities.Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Idaho (ID) license is required.
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is mandatory.
- Current Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration are required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and a comprehensive knowledge base in anesthesia.
