Located in Arizona, near Florence, this position offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of newborns while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.Position Overview: We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our expanding team. In this permanent role, you will be providing critical care in Level III-IV NICUs, covering deliveries, and working closely with a skilled team of Neonatologists to deliver the best outcomes for our youngest patients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert care in the NICU and attend high-risk deliveries in collaboration with Neonatologists.
  • Work a combination of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, offering flexibility to suit your personal and professional needs.
  • Participate in daily rounds and provide in-person support for emergencies.
  • Ensure the highest quality of care and safety in both Level III-IV NICUs and Level II nurseries.
  • Share the responsibility for attending deliveries with Neonatologists.
  • No transport duties required.
  • Provide care in a nurturing, team-oriented environment, while actively engaging in clinical research, education, and quality improvement initiatives.Job Requirements:
    • Master's Degree in Nursing (required).
    • Board Certification in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) (required; other NP certifications such as FNP or PNP are not accepted).
    • Current Arizona License or willingness to obtain.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an NNP (highly preferred).
    • Must be a dedicated, compassionate, and flexible healthcare provider with a focus on the well-being of infants.Compensation and Benefits:
