The dates would be beginning 7/1/25 and likely ongoing until the end of the year.

Preferably board certified but we would be willing to consider a board eligible candidate. Call/hospital coverage need.

Hours: M-F 8:00-5:00

Average PTs per day: 34 (that is currently with 2 providers)

Coverage for clinic and Inpatient

Board Certified: Yes

Coverage: Inpatient consults and outpatient consults. daily shift and call coverage

Certifications: BLS

Patient Volume: 20

EMR: Meditech
