Shift Description:
- PRN - as needed basis. Shifts TBD.
- Half day is 4 hours or less.
- Full day is 4-8 hours.
Job Description:
We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis. The need is ongoing, and we require candidates who are Board Certified in any of the following specialties: Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interview-based exams with some physical assessment.
- Evaluate range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.
- Perform a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury assessments.
- No prescribing or treatment required.
- Utilize Goniometer and other necessary equipment.
- Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Proficiency in METs testing and neurological evaluations required.
- Document all assessments accurately in the provider portal.
- Complete Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires within 48 hours.
- Ensure timely submission of standardized forms.
Additional Details:
- Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires.
- Provider needed for more than 5 exams.
- Certification Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
