Job Description Job Description Dross Berman LLC is a small law firm specializing in all levels of personal injury law located in Rockville/Bethesda area. We committed to the highest level of client service and are seeking an experienced full-time Paralegal/Case Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have two years of direct work experience in personal injury law with significant direct experience in the pre-litigation process. Candidate will work with multiple attorneys and have a fundamental understanding of the personal injury claims process to include intake through the submission of a demand. Primary duties will include contacting insurance carriers regarding bodily injury claims, opening PIP claims, requesting, retrieving, and assembling medical records, bills and liability documents, and extensive communication with clients. Must be detail oriented and possess confidence to work independently.
Requirements:
2 years of previous Personal Injury Paralegal experience required
Salary Range (dependent upon education and experience)- $52,000- $56,000
