Student Housing Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager at Axis on Futrall will lead the property's maintenance operations, ensuring all physical aspects of the community are maintained to the highest standard. This role oversees the maintenance team, manages preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, and coordinates Turn and capital project execution to enhance resident satisfaction and asset performance.

This is a brand-new development launching to the UARK market in August 2026. We are looking to fill the role by May 2026!
