Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated and experienced
Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems-including wiring, fixtures, panels, and services-as well as mentoring apprentices on-site.

Key Responsibilities: - Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine material and labor requirements
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
- Train and oversee apprentices on best practices and code compliance
Qualifications: - Journeyman-level experience (5+ years preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate lifts, trenchers, and other small equipment
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment/materials
- Solid math and measurement skills
- Professional appearance and positive, respectful attitude
- OSHA certification is a plus
