Tarzana Treatment Center, Primary Medical Care Team is seeking a highly experience Per Diem or Part Time Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse Practitioner. The Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse Practitioner will join a full service ambulatory care team in providing integrated medical care to all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics) in TTC clinics in the San Fernando Valley. This provider will assist in leading the efforts of managing an assigned panel of patients in a patient centered medical home environment. Must be licensed in CA.
