Position Summary

We are seeking a true Outside Sales Hunter to aggressively grow our customer base by prospecting, opening doors, and closing new accounts. This role is ideal for a self motivated sales professional who enjoys cold calling, networking, and building new relationships in the field. If you are energized by chasing opportunities and earning uncapped commissions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospect daily and develop new business through cold calls, in person visits, referrals, and networking
2. Identify and pursue new opportunities within manufacturing, distribution, food service, and other target industries
3. Sell a full line of paper, packaging, and related products using a consultative, value-driven approach
4. Own the entire sales cycle-from first contact through close and account onboarding
5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
6. Meet or exceed new customer acquisition and revenue targets
7. Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools
8. Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer challenges

Qualifications

1. 2-5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on new account development
2. Proven hunter mentality with a track record of opening new accounts
3. Experience in paper, packaging, distribution, or industrial sales preferred
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
5. Highly driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
6. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
7. Valid driver's license; regular travel within territory required
