Now Hiring: HVAC Installer
Chadds Ford Climate Control is looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Installer to join our growing team.
We are a locally owned HVAC and plumbing company serving Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with a team, and wants to build a long-term career in the trade.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and accessories
- Assisting with equipment changeouts, new installations, and system startups
- Reading job paperwork, material lists, and installation notes
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Communicating professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Following company installation standards and safety procedures
Requirements:
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and mechanical spaces
- Basic hand tools required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- EPA certification is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
