Key Responsibilities:
Work in the field daily alongside technicians to provide hands-on guidance and training.
Lead and mentor the residential and commercial service team.
Monitor field performance directly to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Provide technical backup on-site for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Maintain strong customer relations and resolve service escalations in the field.
Review technician digital work orders and service records for accuracy.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Team Lead, Foreman, or Field Manager.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential and commercial HVAC service experience.
Ability to work actively in the field daily alongside the team.
Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and pivot when business needs arise.
