If you've sold impact windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, kitchen & bath remodeling, or other home improvement products, this is your opportunity to leverage your sales skills with qualified hot leads scheduled for you every day-no cold knocking required.
Compensation

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments throughout Miami-Dade County
- Conduct professional water evaluations and explain the results
- Educate homeowners on water quality and available treatment solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best system for their home and budget
- Build trust through a consultative, customer-first sales approach
- Close sales and complete all required paperwork accurately
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven experience selling and closing home improvement products, including:
- Impact Windows
- Roofing
- Solar
- HVAC
- Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
- Similar in-home sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners in person
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Reliable transportation
- Current resident of Miami-Dade County with the ability to travel to appointments throughout the area
