Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a MIG Welder in a modern and organized shop with an open-floor layout and excellent lighting. Take ownership of your specific station or cell while collaborating closely with a skilled team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and/or aluminum materials.
• Read and interpret welding symbols and blueprints accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and quality production.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned welding station or cell.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience in MIG welding.
• Proficiency in reading welding symbols and prints.
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Capability to lift up to 40-50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with fabrication and production structures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a bright and well-lit shop with an open-floor layout. Our work schedule is from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, allowing for a long weekend every week. The dress code is casual, and the workplace is organized to ensure efficiency and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
