Seeking a dedicated Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Physician to join its Nursing Home Program supporting skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the Cambridge, Everett, and Revere areas of Massachusetts.
This locum opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong NP support, and a meaningful patient population in post-acute and long-term care settings.

️ Patient Population
- Short-term rehabilitation patients
- Long-term care residents
- Average 6 8 patients per day
- Mix of new admissions and follow-up visits
- Everett site: Long-term care only
Clinical Model
- On-site Nurse Practitioner support at each facility
- NPs manage:
- Nursing calls
- Orders & medication refills
- Initial admission assessments within 72 hours
- Physician responsibilities:
- Admission evaluations within 7 days
- Routine LTC visits every days
- Management of acute and complex cases

️ Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Medical License REQUIRED
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration REQUIRED
- Flu vaccination REQUIRED (no waivers)
- COVID vaccination initial series REQUIRED (no waivers)
