Dates coverage is needed: asap 1 year w/ 4 option periods (anticipated start date early Aug)
Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday Friday, 8am 4:30pm
Call Requirements: None
% inpatient / % outpatient: Outpatient only
Patient Volume: 12-16 patients per day avg
Patient Ages: Adults only
Types of Cases: Chronic disease management (COPD, Diabetes, CAD, CHF, etc.), Preventive care, Routine follow-ups
Support Staff: Perm Physicians, RN s, admin support)
Procedures Required: None
Type of Charting: EMR - CPRS
Requirements: Board Certified Internal Medicine
Credentialing Timeframe: 8-10 weeks on avg.
