Hospitalist Physician

Schedule: 12 hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a); must cover both days and nights; 7 on/7 off

EMR: Epic

Required Certifications: ACLS

Required Procedures/Skills: No procedures required; vent management required; supervision of NPs and PAs

Board Requirements: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM); Board Eligible accepted

Licensure Requirements: Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license and DEA with VA address

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Additional Details: Open ICU; candidates may come from EM, FM, or IM residency backgrounds; ECFMG required for FMGs
