The schedule demands a minimum commitment of at least one week per month to cover back-to-back 24-hour pager call shifts (including 3 gratis hours), with billing structured strictly around 24-hour call and call-back rates as overtime does not apply. To qualify for credentialing, candidates must possess active clinical OB experience within the past two years and demonstrate complete comfort managing emergent GYN and occasional emergent OB cases, noting that the facility has no planned deliveries and no NICU.
