Job Overview - Dates Needed: July 17 th (7am)-July 20 th (7am)
- Specialty: General Surgery
- Hospital Location: South Carolina
- Setting: Inpatient 24 hour call coverage
- Patient Volume: Varies because only operating on emergency cases that come in through ER (no scheduled cases), but low numbers
- Call Volume: 10-15 calls/day approx.
- Cases: Locums must be comfortable with ALL aspects of General Surgery; Upper/Lower Endoscopies, Basic Laparoscopic Surgeries, some Trauma (or at least be able to stabilize/transfer to their main campus)
- Must be comfortable working solo and being the only General Surgeon on site
- Requirements: Must have active SC license, SC CSR, DEA registered in SC, Board Certified or Truly BE
- EMR: EPIC
