Job Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine with emergency care experience
- At least 1 year of clinical experience required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current ATLS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- Strong comfort treating patients across the lifespan, including pediatric patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume emergency department environment
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical evaluation and treatment for patients presenting to the ED
- Manage a broad range of urgent and emergent cases across adult and pediatric populations
- Deliver timely, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting
- Perform medical decision-making, stabilization, and disposition planning for emergency patients
- Coordinate with support services, including laboratory and radiology, to optimize emergency care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established emergency department protocols
- Support safe and efficient patient flow while delivering an excellent patient experience
