What You'll Do
  • Provide anesthesia care for inpatient surgical procedures including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
  • Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
  • Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
  • Monitor and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative team members
  • Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
  • Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Michigan state license (fully licensed, no waiting)
  • Current NBCRNA certification
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • Minimum of previous CRNA experience
  • No new graduates

Preferred:
  • Experience in Level 1 trauma centers
  • Pediatric anesthesia experience
