What You'll Do
- Provide anesthesia care for inpatient surgical procedures including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
- Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
- Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
- Monitor and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative team members
- Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
- Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You Need
Required: - Valid Michigan state license (fully licensed, no waiting)
- Current NBCRNA certification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of previous CRNA experience
- No new graduates
Preferred: - Experience in Level 1 trauma centers
- Pediatric anesthesia experience
