As an HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, primarily within residential and commercial environments. Working within a small team, you will focus on split systems, packaged units, geothermal systems, and mini splits, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction without the need for frequent travel.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including split systems, packaged units, geothermal systems, and mini splits
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues accurately
- Repair HVAC equipment and replace defective parts
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Adhere to safety protocols during all tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC technology
- EPA Certification
- Proficiency in HVAC system diagnostics and refrigeration
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Knowledge of and commitment to safety protocols
