    The location is in Arlington, Texas. This is a travel registered nurse (RN) position specializing in Post Partum care, based in a mom/baby unit. Responsible for providing compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-focused postpartum nursing care, candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves working nights in a busy postpartum unit, with exposure to newborn and mother-baby care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.
    Job Details:

    • Location: Arlington, TX
    • Shift Hours: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
    • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
    • Positions Available: 2
    • Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience 0 years of experience required.
    • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with Couplet Care Competencies, Breastfeeding Support, Mother Baby Charge Experience, and late-preterm or transitional newborn experience will be considered first.
    • Additional Information:

      • Skills required: Compassionate, team-oriented, detail-focused, works well under pressure
      • Typical procedures performed include newborn screenings, blood glucose monitoring, jaundice monitoring, perineal and incision care, and feeding support
      • Equipment used: EMR Meditech and CPN

      • Floating requirement: Ante for postpartum overflow, labor and delivery recoveries, and typical hiring profile involves travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters
      • Work environment features flexible scheduling, steady ratios, and opportunities for extra shifts. The team includes a mix of experience levels, with a strong focus on postpartum and newborn care, and close collaboration with OB, pediatricians, and lactation services.
