Madden Industrial Craftsmen is searching for an ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR to join a lightning protection company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a quickly growing company.
ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Review commercial construction plans and specifications
Prepare accurate proposals for lightning protection and grounding systems
Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze project requirements
Communicate project scope, exclusions, and pricing with customers
Collaborate with project managers and internal teams throughout the estimating process
Maintain accurate estimating documentation and records
ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of commercial construction estimating experience
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug & alcohol screening
Electrical or lightning protection estimating experience
Experience performing quantity takeoffs from construction drawings
Experience with Bluebeam, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word
Construction Management degree preferred
